Delivery Time

  • Shipping durations may vary depending on location, shipping method, and other external factors. Currently, the average global shipping time is approximately 7–15 days. If your order contains multiple items, we may ship them in separate batches based on stock availability. Mixed items may be processed separately and shipped before the estimated delivery date.

  • Estimated Delivery Time (excluding holidays and customs delays). The following timeframes are for reference only:

    • United States:

      • Standard Shipping ( 7-12 Business Days)

      • Express Shipping: 7–14 days

      • Note: Express shipping is not available for APO/FPO/PO Box addresses.

    • UK & EU Countries: 6–15 business days (Standard)

    • Canada: 7–15 business days (Standard)

    • Japan & South Korea: 5–15 business days (Standard). Free shipping on orders over $150.

    • Australia & New Zealand: 7–15 business days (Standard)

  • Oversized Items: Due to the specialized nature of large Tesla accessories (such as bumpers, spoilers, or body kits), the estimated global delivery time is approximately 17–20 business days.

  • Options for free shipping or paid express services are available at checkout.

  • Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are for reference only and do not guarantee delivery on a specific date or time.

  • Once your order has been processed, detailed shipping dates and tracking numbers will be sent to your provided email address.

Shipping Services

We partner with multiple major carriers, including DHL, FedEx, UPS, and others. We will select the most appropriate shipping method based on your country/region.

  • We cannot deliver to PO Boxes.

  • Orders sent to remote areas (e.g., Alaska, Hawaii, or mountainous regions) may require longer delivery times.

Shipping Costs

  • United States:

    • Free Shipping on orders over $100.

    • Flat Rate Shipping: $6.90 (Excluding Guam, Hawaii, Alaska, Marshall Islands, Palau, and Puerto Rico).

    • PO Box addresses are not eligible for delivery—please provide a physical address.

  • We offer free shipping on most orders of $100 and above. If your order does not qualify, the shipping cost will be displayed on the checkout page.

Import Duties & Taxes: Each country has its own import rules, regulations, and taxes. The amount paid to us does not include customs duties or taxes. These charges (if any) are determined and collected by your local customs department. For more details, please contact your local customs office directly.

  • USA, Canada, UK, Australia, New Zealand, Austria, Japan, South Korea, Germany, France, Italy, Switzerland, Belgium, Ireland, Norway, Sweden, Spain, Denmark, Netherlands, Finland, Czech Republic.

  • Note: If your country is not listed, please contact us directly for a shipping quote.

Order Processing & Shipping

  • Processing Time: All orders are processed within 24–72 hours (custom products may require 5–7 business days). Incorrect or incomplete payment/billing info may delay processing.

  • Shipment Timing: Orders usually ship within 1–3 business days after payment.

  • Warehouse Hours: Our warehouse operates Monday–Sunday (closed on statutory holidays). We take extra measures during holidays to minimize delays.

Inspection & Acceptance

Upon receiving your items (which are often of high value), please inspect the packaging carefully.

  • If you notice any damage or breakage, do not sign for or open the package. Contact customer service immediately.

  • Signing for the package confirms your acceptance of its condition, quantity, and contents.

To protect your rights, we strongly recommend:

  1. ✔ Recording a detailed unboxing video.

  2. ✔ Verifying that the items match the packing slip.

If you find items missing or damaged, please contact TTTTSL Customer Support within 24 hours of receipt for a timely resolution.
